The latest  home sale in the gated community of Manhattan Village was definitely a cosmetic fixer.  The plan 3 court home was located at 32 Cayman Court.    It appeared to be fairly well maintained but this one is in absolute original condition.  We would say it was straight out of the 70s but it was actually built in the late 80s.

This plan 3 “court” home offered a split level layout with 2 bedrooms plus a den that is often used as a 3rd bedroom.  The layout featured an entry level kitchen, dining and living room with sliders out to the private patio.  Head up the small flight of stairs to one of the two primary suites.  Top floor features the 2nd primary suite along with the 3rd bedroom/den.

One of the most recent home sales in Manhattan Villlage was a 2 level townhome located at 42 Dover Place.  Offering over 2,000 square feet, this is a plan 7 layout featured a traditional floorplan with all bedrooms upstairs.  The home offered some nice updates but flooring was a bit of a challenge with extensive tiling downstairs (very busy in our opinion).  View all of the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach during March.

Manhattan Village’s Only Home Sale in August – 1 Tiburon Court

Manhattan Village saw only one home sale during the month of August but it was sold at a big number.  1 Tiburon Court was an updated plan 4 court home that was listed for $1,898,000 and sold at $1,970,000.  That was a big number given that the last three plan 3 (been a while since a plan 4 sold) units with similar specs all sold in the 1.4M – 1.5M range.
