The most recent home sale in the gated community of Manhattan Village was a rare single level plan 5 townhome located at 19 Malaga Place West. The home was listed by Jim Van Zanten of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty.  The home was originally listed in January 2024 for $1,725,000….had a very early price reduction 8 days later to $1,690,000 and then sold for $1,650,000.  We think that this was a great price for the buyer. The reason it’s both rare and sought after is that it’s one of the only floorplans in all of the community that is on a single level with no stairs. The home was in nice condition with an updated kitchen, newer floors, new paint and more but still could benefit from some other areas being updated and upgraded. The biggest negative to the home was the location as it backed up to fairly loud Marine Ave.
