What a crazy real estate market it has been in Manhattan Village.  Usually homes either sell immediately or they sit for a while and then sell below asking.  That’s not the case in Manhattan Village with homes sitting and then selling for more than the asking price.  22 Santa Cruz was originally listed in June for $1,749,000….when on and off the market every few days (we’re assuming they were negotiating an offer) changed the price to $1,800,000 and then sold at $1,872,000
