One of two homes that sold in the gated community of Manhattan Village in October was a beautifull remodeled plan 2 townhome style “court” home that was listed for $1,680,000 and sold at $1,595,000.

14 Bermuda Court was listed by Christine Navarro of Compass.

The list price of $1,680,000 would hav mad this the highest priced 2 bedroom “court” home sale of all time but the eventual close price was quite a ways off.

The kitchen and bathrooms were extensively updated as well and the home offers a luxurous but livable coastal feel.

The Court homes in Manhattan Village are generally the least expensive housing options in the community.  Homes are served by the award winning Manhattan Beach Unified School District.
