After 20 days on the market, not only did the 3 bedroom home at 30 San Miguel Court sell, but sold over the list price.  It’s an unusual trend but seems to be less unusual all of the time.  Usually if a home sells over asking they have almost immediate interest and offers.   This one had a lot of interest for sure but no immediate offers to our knowledge.

This latest sale in the gated community of Manhattan Village was a plan 4 corner unit  court home located at 30 San Miguel.
