Well the latest listing to hit the market in Manhattan Village is a plan 7 townhome that went active on 4/1…..then went into “hold” status (meaning no showings) almost immediately.  As soon as we have more info we will update this post.

If that address sounds familiar it’s because it just sold in in March of 2022 for $2,011,600.

We’re not yet sure why it’s on the market again so quickly but it’s due to list for $2,150,000.  This 2 level townhome offers over 2,000 square feet.  This is a plan 7 layout with a traditional floorplan with all bedrooms upstairs.  The home offers some nice updates but flooring is a bit of a challenge with extensive tiling downstairs (very busy in our opinion)
