Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during the month of May 2022. The activity level jumped a bit with 35 home sales in March compared with 8 closed sales in March.
The average “list” price was an impressive $3,404,457 with the average sold price at $3,449,471 meaning that homes generally sold WAY above the original list price.
