28 Homes sell in Manhattan Beach in June

Take a look at all of the homes that sold in Manhattna Beach last month

Things picked up slightly with 28 home sales in June which was up from the 25 in both May and April.

The average “list” price was $3,720,714 with the average sold price at $3,646,310 which which meant that, in general, homes sold a below the original asking price.

Homes averaged  $1332 per square foot and average days on market was 51.
