28 Sold Homes at an Incredible Average Price of $3,275,107
Welcome to the real estate recap for home sales in Manhattan Beach California during September.
Both the number of homes that sold and the priced dropped a bit after the summer (especially August) craziness. The number of homes that sold in September was 28 which was a bit of a drop from the 35 in August but more than in July.
2 of the sales were in the gated community of Manhattan Village. One was a 3 bed 3 bath plan 7 townhome at 9 Nantucket Place that sold for $1,967,000 and the other was a 4 bedroom estate home that sold for $2,835,000 located at 26 Westport.
The average “list” price in September for the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach was $3,398,068 with the average sold price at $3,275,107 compared to an amazing price in August of $4,647,207.
The average price per square foot was down from August and was $1475 in September. Homes averaged 46 days on market.
