Home Sales Up in September.....but no sales in Manhattan Village
36 homes close escrow - Average Price of $4,781,028
The luxury real estate market in Manhattan Beach is definitely alive and well with an even more impressive month than in August.
Home prices were, once again pretty incredible. The average sold home price was $4,781,028 which was a big increase from the already impressive $4,216,587 in August and $4,111,701 in July.
The average price per square foot was $1791 which was also a nice jump.
Homes averaged a very brief 32 days on the market.
Of the 36 home sales, 13 were in the Manhattan Beach sand section with a $4,056,769 average price, 10 in the Manhattan Beach tree section with an average price of $4,794,000, a fairly unbelievable 5 in the hill section of Manhattan Beach with an even more unbelievable average price of $9,382,800, and 8 home sales in east Manhattan Beach and Liberty Village with an average sold price of $3,065,625.
