June Average Home Price an Amazing $4,327,481!
21 homes sell last month
Another good month for the number of home sales…..and a huge month for the prices that they sold for.
In terms of the number of homes that sold in Manhattan Beach it was a solid moth with 21 homes closing escrow. Although that was a drop from the 33 in May…..that was an unusually high number.
That said home prices were pretty incredible.
The average “asking” price of the homes that sold in Manhattan was an incredible $4,441,519 with the average sold price at $4,327,481. This was a significant increase from the already impressive May average of $3,852,675.
The price per square foot was $1472 which was similar to previous months. Homes averaged 56 days on market (DOM) before going pending.
The lone home sale in Manhattan Village in June was a nice single level plan 5 townhomes at 14 Malaga Pl that sold for $1,725,000. The home was never on the market and sold prior to listing.
Of the Manhattan Beach homes that sold, 8 were in the sand section, 4 were located in the tree section, 1 was in the Manhattan Beach hill section, 1 in Manhattan Village and 7 home sales were located in east Manhattan Beach.
