It’s been an unbelievable year in terms of single family estate homes both coming up for sale and selling.  6 Village Circle was the third single family estate home to sell in 2025 and the only one still on the market is now.

The home had been on the market for 106 days which was a bit surprising as, other than the location, it compared well with the two other homes that sold quicker at 28 Chatham and 19 Chatham.

6 Village Circle was originally listed at 3,395,000, improved the price several times and eventually went into escrow once the price was reduced to $3,150,000.  The home sold for $3,100,000.

6 Village Circle had a nice backyard area but it does back up to fairly busy Marine Ave.  That said there’s a big hill and a big wall so it’s hard to tell there is any street behind.
