Just when you think things couldn’t get hotter (definitely not talking about the weather) Manhattan Beach has an even better month in terms of both the number of homes that sold, and the prices that they sold for!
Welcome to the Manhattan Beach real estate market report for May 2024.
There were an impressive, 33 homes that sold in Manhattan Beach during the month. The average list price was an incredible $3,992,606 with the average sold price at $3,852,675.
Homes averaged $1531 a square foot which was similar to previous months. Homes averaged 58 days on market (DOM) before selling.
Of the 33 homes that sold 1 was in the gated community of Manhattan Village.
The home that sold in Manhattan Village was 3 bedroom townhome/court home located at 28 Santa Cruz Court that closed for $1,925,000. The home was entered onto the MLS after it has sold so it was an off market sale.
