Manhattan beach Home Sales in January

It was pretty slow going for the Manhattan Beach real estate market to start off 2023.
The number of property sales in Manhattan Beach in January was slow once again. There were only 17 closed sales during January 2023. That isn’t overly surprisng given that January is historically one of the slowest months of the year due to buyers and sellers focusing their attention elsewhere during the holidays.
The average “asking” price in January for the homes that sold was $3,681,823 with the average sold price at $3,580,640. This was a dramatic increase from the average December price of $2,700,263 which was much lower than previous months.
