The newest home on the market in Manhattan Beach is definitely nothing like we’ve seen before.  This is an almost unrecognizable plan 4 court home with 3 beds, 3 baths and over 2,000 square feet.

The owners have REALLY updated and customized this home and it feels nothing like the orignal layout.  They’ve removed the wall between the kitchen and living room and moved the fireplace to the opposite wall.  They completely opened up the kitchen with a massive range and a massive refrigerator, added panoramic doors to the patio, and pretty much cosmetically changed every surface in the home.

While some of the customizations won’t be to everyone’s taste, it definitely has a hip design and as mentioned…..feels nothing like any home we’ve seen in the community.
