Manhattan Village saw only one home sale during the month of August but it was sold at a big number. 1 Tiburon Court was an updated plan 4 court home that was listed for $1,898,000 and sold at $1,970,000. That was a big number given that the last three plan 3 (been a while since a plan 4 sold) units with similar specs all sold in the 1.4M – 1.5M range.

Manhattan Village enjoyed a very strong real estate market in 2019 with 15 on market home sales. The median list price was $1,595,000 and the median sold price was $1,590,000 indicating a very strong seller’s market. This was compared to 21 home sales in 2018 at a median sold price of $1,338,000. Of the 15 home sales in 2019, 4 were court homes, 8 townhomes and 3 single family estate homes.
