What’s Happening In Manhattan Village Real Estate?

The real estate market in Manhattan Village has remained solid through 2020. There hasn’t quite been the dramatic slowdown in April and May that just about everywhere else experienced and there hasn’t quite been the frenzy that everywhere else seems to be experienced either. Steady would be the description.

July’s Home Sales in Manhattan Beach

View the homes that sold and property prices in Manhattan Beach during July 2020.  It  was an impressive month for both the number of home sales as well as home prices in Manhattan Beach.  There were 49 closed home sales which was  a big number.  compared with the slower months of the spring which were basically half of that number.  The median “list” price was $2,310,000 and the median “sold” price was $2,250,000 indicating that homes were still selling fairly close to their asking price. The median price per foot for the month was $906.45.  The average days on market was 57 but the median days on market was a very brief 24.

Only one of the home sales was in Manhattan Village and was located at 7 Nantucket Place.   It was a 2 bedroom townhome that sold at $1,507,000!!!

Welcome to our real estate update for April 2020 in the city of  Manhattan Beach CA.  This is a quick overview of what the Manhattan Beach real estate market is doing and how it’s shifting.

There was a big drop in the number of home sales with with only 20 closed escrows compared wtih 44 in April 2019. 

The homes averaged only 41 days on market while the median sales price was a very impressive $3,540,000.  The average price per foot for the month was $1,309,000.
