22 Homes sell in Manhattan Beach

Welcome to the real estate market report for home sales in Manhattan Beach California during November.

It was a pretty solid month in terms of the number of homes that sold with 22 on market home sales compared to a really slow October with only 11 homes that sold..

The average “list”  price in November was $3,303,136 with the average sold price at $3,201,943.

The average price per square foot was $1,329 in November and homes averaged a fairly lengthy 42 days on market before going into escrow.

2 of the 22 homes were located in the gated community of Manhattan Village.  The first was a really unique and extensively updated court home located at 13 Coronado Court that sold over the listing price at $2,010,000.

The other was a “fixer” type estate sale at 10 Cambridge.  Although this was a cosmetic fixer it was a large home on a large end of the cul-de-sac highly desirable location.
