19 Sold Homes at $3,455,043 Average
Let’s take a look at all of the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach during February including the addresses and what they sold for.
February improved a bit in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow. There were 19 homes that closed escrow in February compared to only 13 a month earlier.
The average “asking” price for the homes that sold was $3,529,105 with the average sold price at $3,455,043. This was a pretty healthy increase from January’s average of $3,097,562.
Homes averaged $1,358 per sq foot which was down from $1,520 in January. Homes averaged 70 days on market before going into escrow although the median was only 20 days on market.
Two of the 19 homes that sold in Manhattan Beach were in the gated community of Manhattan Village. 19 Malaga Pl West was a plan 5 2 bedrooom single level townhome that sold for $1,650,000. 13 Malaga Pl W was a 3 bedroom Plan 8 townhome that sold for $1,905,000.
