October real estate market compared to October 2021
Welcome to October Manhattan Beach real estate report and recap.
October was considerably slower compared with the previous October in most categories.
There were 69 active homes for sale on the Manhattan Beach MLS compared with 46 last year. Only 24 homes went into escrow compared with 46 in 2021 and only 25 sold homes in Manhattan Beach in October.
Median prices were down from a year earlier with the median sales price of $3,000,000 in October of 2022 and $3,438,000 during the previous October.
