Welcome to the real estate recap for Manhattan Beach. September 2021was a bit slower than September 2020 in terms of the number of homes that sold, but it was an impressive month for home prices. There were 43 closed home sales which was down a bit from the 61 that closed in September 2020 but prices were way up….do in no small part to several oceanfront Strand homes selling during the month. The median sales price was $3,954,000 up almost $1,000,000 from 2020….again do in no small part to the closing of several very high priced beachfront homes.
