35 Sold Homes at an Incredible Average Price of $4,647,207
What a month it was for real estate and home sales in Manhattan Beach during August.
The number of homes that sold in August was 35 which was a big jump from the 20 that sold in July and 28 in June.
3 of the sales were in the gated community of Manhattan Village.
1 Cordoba Court was a 3 bedroom court home that closed at $1,850,000. 22 Santa Cruz Court was another 3 bedroom court home that sold for $1,872,000 and 30 San Miguel was a plan 4 court home that sold at an impressive $2,010,000.
The average “list” price in August for the homes that sold in Manhattan Beach was $4,712,086 with the average sold price at an amazing $4,647,207 which was incredible even by Manhattan Beach standards. The average sold price in July was $3,081,300 for comparison sake.
The average price per square foot was $1796 and average days on market was 45 which was up a bit from the month prior.
