Homes averaged only 45 days on market before going into escrow.  The top sale of the month was a beachfront home located at 2316 The Strand, Manhattan Beach 90266 which closed at $16,500,000. The low sale was a 2 bedroom townhome in east Manhattan that closed at $1,090,000. 4 of the homes that sold were in the gated community of Manhattan Village.
