View the Manhattan Beach Home Sales in April

Let’s take a look at the homes, townhomes and condos that closed escrow in Manhattan Beach during the month of April 2022.  The activity level jumped a bit with 35 home sales in March compared with 8 closed sales in March. 

The average “asking” price was an impressive $3,362,054 with the average sold price at $3,490,486 meaning that homes generally sold WELL higher than the original list price.

One of the homes that sold was in the community of Manhattan Village29 Marin Court was a plan 3 “court” home that was listed for $1,795,000 and closed at $1,800,000.   See details here

Welcome to the real estate market recap for home sales in and throughout Manhattan Beach CA in December.  There was a slight slowdown in home sales this year primarily due to the lack of active homes for sale in November.  Overall there were 35 closed home sales in December 2021 compared with 45 in December of 2020.  The median sales price was $2,680,000 which is low for Manhattan in recent months.  Homes averaged only 24 days on market before going into escrow.  See how this compares with other months on our Manhattan Beach real estate trends page.
