It’s been a solid first quarter in the Manhattan Village real estate market with some notable sales and a number of homes currently in escrow
(as of this post on 5/1/19) We’ve seen 4 homes sales thus far with all being townhomes and court homes. It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen any estate homes on the market. Of the 5 current listings 3 are currently in escrow with two active homes for sale in Manhattan Village.
